Key Responsibilities:
- Own the architecture of new product platforms to drive business results
- Be accountable for the design, for the ease of evolution, quality of the systems, performance, scaling, and availability characteristics and limitations of the systems
- Drive code and design reviews of components / systems / products in scope and drives the architectural governance for them
- Set directional paths for the teams for adoption of new technology stacks for solving business problems
- Work with product management, business stakeholders and other engineering leaders to help define mid-term, long-term roadmaps, and shape business directions
Goals:
- Deliver the feature on time and ensure production rollout
- Swift resolution to the production issues within SLA timeline
- Mentor and coach the Engineers and Senior engineers in the team
- Resolve the conflict within and inter-team
- Build a sclable architecture and integrate the software in CI/CD with unit test cases
- Upkeep with the latest technology and incorporate the same the delivery
Day-to-day activities:

Skills and Qualification
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline from reputed university
- Demonstrated the duties by developing a product in which design was a strategic differentiator and added lasting value to the company
- Ability to delve into a design problem to any depth and explain the interplay between
- 12+ years of experience as an engineer or a lead – solving real world customer problems
- Strong background in building backend technologies over distributed systems
- Hands on experience in building platforms, technologies, and systems for products they have worked on
- Proven track record of building and managing high performing engineering teams
- The ability to convince, negotiate and work with equally competent and smart stakeholders
- Experience building complex technical solutions – highly scalable service-oriented architectures, distributed cloud-based systems – which power our fintech products
- Proven ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives
- Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently
- Good knowledge of Deployment on different platforms like AWS, Azure and so on
- Understanding of Microservices architecture, dockers / Kuberneties
- Excellent knowledge of API communication, swagger documentation, models/interfaces, API logging, Exception handling, Middlewares/Interceptors
- Understanding of the Design Patterns, Architectural Blueprints, UML and Application Design
