Adani Maruti Program – Terms & Conditions

The scheme is applicable to all customers buying New CNG cars/vehicles of Maruti Suzuki India Limited (Applicable models):

  1. Alto CNG, Swift CNG, S-presso CNG, Baleno CNG, Celerio CNG, Brezza CNG, Wagon R CNG, Super Carry CNG, Alto CNG (Tour H1) & Wagon R CNG (Tour H3) Only.
  2. The scheme is applicable on the aforementioned, models only purchased during the period mm/dd/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy.
  3. This offer is only applicable on purchase of new vehicle.
  4. ATGL CNG Free Fuel worth Rs. 19,999/- per vehicle, will be loaded into a virtual wallet in the name of customer buying the New CNG vehicle of the aforementioned, models. The amount can be redeemed only at the Adani Total Gas Ltd. (ATGL) CNG Stations which are mentioned in the attached list.
  5. Offer is applicable only on UPI Payment done at ATGL CNG Stations during the offer period
  6. This CNG free fuel will be provided by ATGL through the virtual wallet of ATGL Service Provider(s).
  7. The Scheme or any other offer under this Scheme are non-transferable or assignable or exchanged for cash.
  8. A redemption limit of 15% of total transaction amount per day is applicable and only one discounted transaction will be applicable for a single fill per day. Any other transaction done on the same day will not be able to avail any discount & customer will have to pay full amount for the 2nd transaction onwards on the same day.
  9. The validity of the virtual wallet will be 24 months from the date of activation of the Virtual Wallet.
  10. Only the Mobile number provided in the CRF will be applicable to avail the ATGL CNG Promotion Offer and only for the specific vehicle purchased as per this CRF. The same mobile number cannot be used to avail the ATGL CNG Promotion Offer for the purchase of another vehicle. The said mobile number is not transferable / changeable.
  11. Benefits will be credited in virtual wallet on successful submission / upload of Signed CRF with supporting valid docu- ments by MSIL dealership on Innoviti Portal.
  12. ATGL will not be liable, if any of the details are incorrectly submitted by the customer in CRF or uploaded by MSIL Dealership, which may result in non-operation of the offer or inability to avail the offer benefits.
  13. If any amount is transferred to the wrong wallet due to incorrect details provided by the customer, then ATGL shall bear no responsibility of the same.
  14. ATGL reserves the right to add, delete, amend or withdraw the offer in its entirety, without notice, at any time during the scheme period.
  15. Any dispute arising out of this offer shall be governed by the laws of India and is subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, only.
  16. The customer Personal Data will be used only for the given ATGL CNG Promotion Offer and deleted or returned there- after.
  17. All the data/information collected under this aforesaid offer shall be subject to ATGL privacy policy.
  18. This promotional offer shall not be combined or clubbed with any other ongoing offer or discount with respect to CNG.
  19. In case of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions herein and mentioned in any advertising/promotional material regarding aforesaid offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  20. Customer will cease to get the CNG Free Fuel offer benefit, on a non-registered MSIL Car/Vehicle, if the registration details are not uploaded on ATGL service provider platform within 15 days from the date of Invoice.
I have read & understood the above-mentioned terms & conditions, the same has also been explained to me and I hereby provide my unconditional acceptance for my registration in the ATGL CNG Promotion Offer.
I, hereby provide my willful consent to Maruti Suzuki India Limited(MSIL) to collect, process, retain, and share my ‘Personal information’ given above to avail the CNG scheme enumerated above and I agree / understand that such data shall also be shared with MSIL’s affiliates and/or business associates such as Adani Total Gas Limited (including its Authorized Service Provider, as defined) for the purpose of carrying out the essential business functions , ensuring data protection, seamless provisions of ser- vices, service alerts, and/or such other purposes as required by law or regulation This clause has to be read with the above- mentioned terms and conditions.
Further, by providing “Personal information” to ATGL, I the undersigned, hereby consent to the use of this personal information for the purpose of making offers, promotions, and other communication related to the products, services or any other initiatives offered by ATGL and its affiliates. This consent includes but is not limited to email, telephone, postal mail or any other mode of communication. I understand that I have right to withdraw this consent at any time by contacting ATGL directly.
Offer is applicable only in the ATGL GA’s (list available on www.adanigas.com) of the following locations: Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Navsari, Kheda, Barwala, Surendranagar, Porbandar, Faridabad, Palwal, Mahendragarh, Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, Nuh, Udaipur, Bhilwara, Chittorgarh & Bundi.
The Customer/subscribers hereby agrees that he/she has read and understood the T&Cs and each Customer/subscribers agrees to be bound by the T&Cs.
